The person who scheduled the air duct cleaning was able to reschedule our carpet and upholstery cleaning because the air duct cleaning needed to be done first. She was able to get the air duct cleaning scheduled for the next day and the carpet and upholstery cleaning scheduled for a few days later so it could all be done before the painters arrived to paint the inside of our house.

The products are great.The guy was great.Very professional.My one and only complaint is (and I had this complaint last time) They need to wear covers on their shoes.Their shoes get wet and that leaves shoe prints.When They leave I need to mop up shoe prints.Other than that everything was a 10 +.
