I like that there is no residue and no added 'scents' since I have allergies and don't tolerate perfumes/scents very well. The technician was very professional and friendly. He was quick and thorough. Very nice job. My carpets were pretty dirty and he made them look great! I also received a buy 2 get 2 free deal when I called to make the appointment. The best part was that there were no hidden fees when the bill was presented to me. It was the exact amount presented to me online. Jeremy was great - he not only took the time to work around our furniture but he was also kind enough to prop up the wooden items on styrofoam blocks so that nothing was damaged.

i have had several zerorez cleanings but this one with Jeremy was the best by far!

I like how well it works at cleaning the carpet. I had a lot of stains from coffee, makeup, and juice. I have a 3 yr old so stains are inevitable.

The dude, Ryan, was awesome. Your people should wear a armometer...like the pedometer..to tabulate the number of heave-ho's they give the cleaning arm...LOL.

Seriously, though, the experience was well worth the money spent.

My only bugaboo..and it's a small one..was when he took our specialty carpet, he included the cost of that up front. I'm used to paying for services once they are rendered and he said that wasn't how you all worked.

The carpet always comes amazingly clean, cleaner than I can get it. The service people are always very professional and pleasant and very thorough.

The dry time was much shorter than with traditional cleaning. The gentleman who came was curteous and did the job quickly. I don't see any returning stains and am satisfied with the cost.
