The technician was very pleasant, explained in detail the order of work that will be done. Explained that the carpet have high traffic marks and will try to remove as much as possible.
I waited a few days for the carpet and upholstery to dry. I checked today, the carpet looks good but the upholstery still had spots in the pews and seats.

I love the fact that you don’t use a bunch of soap that will never wash out of my carpet. I had three rooms done in under 30 minutes which is great. Alex was super friendly and efficient and I’m happy with how my carpets look!
