Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. The appointment was made after the estimate was submitted. Many questions were asked. Reminder calls and texts were appreciated. Someone called me back even though i did not leave a message! Gerald was my serviceman who cleaned furniture and an area rug. He was attentive to all our questions and the tasks of cleaning. He reviewed everything and when we could put down our area rug. Used a dryer in the room when he completed the work. I would have him back. Thank you.

We have white carpets which we've had for over 15 years and Zerorez has taken care of them from the start and has kept them in good condition. After an awful experience with a technician a year ago, Kwame (who had served us before) cane back this week and the carpets look great again.
