First of all, the whole experience was very professional from reservation to follow-up. Your technician was excellent. He explained where we might have issues in the future, and gave us tips about different types of cleaners for different types of stains. However, the end product was what really pleased us. Our carpets are nearly 15 years old, and now seem so much younger. They are more plush and softer than they have been for a few years - there certainly is no residue!

We liked the type of cleaner used, the technician, Justin, was here on time, was knowledgeable about services and products, quick and thorough. Our carpets look like new again, and as far as we can tell, the pet stains and smells are gone!
