I believe the young mans name was Justin who cleaned our carpet. He was very courteous , careful and did a very nice job. It's sometimes difficult for retired folks on fixed incomes to afford this "luxury" but I hope to continue to be able to use you. It would be nice if you gave seniors a discount.
