Having Zerorez Portland clean our carpets was a perfect choice for me. The man was so thorough and explained alot about what he was doing. The carpet is 5 yrs old and 1st time cleaning. We had some serious stains that I worried would come out, and they did. Plus it smells like citrus orange still, the next day, after it dried. Such a welcome smell too.

The service man was Chris Spencer. I would recommend him to anyone else. I will call this company again next time.

Chris was great! Went above and beyond. This is the 2nd time we have had him and are so happy with his service and geniune love for his job.

We liked that Chris Spencer called a couple of hours before to give us an updated time of arrival and then again called when he was 15 minutes from the house. Truly appreciate his thoughtfulness.
I was impressed with both his politeness and his expertise. He made sure to give extra attention to the heavily stained areas. He was also very careful when working around our antiques. Chris has super customer servive skills and did an excellent job cleaning the rather worn carpet The old carpet still has some life left in it and the best thing is—-no chemicals were used!!!

Cleans carpets and area rugs without leaving a residue. Also put up corner Protectipn so hose didn’t damage molding and walls.

Finished and out the door in under 2 hours.
