I was very very impressed with the young man who cleaned our carpet. He is an asset to your company. He had a great deal of knowlwdge concerning the process and he believed strongly in the company and its product.

Mason Hunt was very professional and thorough. When I moved into my home a year ago, the carpets had not been cleaned in 10 years. After they dried, I vacuumed every room with my Dyson, which has a clear cannister. There was absolutely no dirt in the canister. The carpets look like new. Zerorez will be the only cleaning service I use! I have already recommended Zerorez to several neighbors and friends! I paid no more for zerorez than others I've used, but have never been 100% satisfied until now. Thank you for a great product!

Even after the Quick Dry the carpets remained wet until the next morning.
I was told I would be charged $25 dollars for the bathroom but I was charged
