THE TECHNITIAN WAS VERY NICE AND COTIUS THE CARPET LOOKSVERY CLEAN
did the job right and quickly for a great price
Clean and fast drying
very good work and nice manners.
One of my chenille Lazy Boy recliners was left with a 4 inch snag (run) on the right arm. Jon was in his last week of training. I did give you a call and suggested that you might clean with the grain of the material (chenille) instead of against it. This may keep chenille from snagging. I don't believe anything can be done to make it right. I clipped the thread from the snag, the run is a little obvious, the cleaning was excellent though.
Very nice people, no chemicals involved.
No soap used, no residue, fast drying time.
No residue. Everything cleaned as promised.
The associate that came and cleaned our carpets was very professional and did an excellent job.
Just like the ad says no rez! The fabric smells clean and fresh. The two stains we had came out. Would use them again for sure. Great customer service.
You did an amazing job on my carpet! I did not expect the stains to come out and they not only came out but have not returned! I also bought your HUGE container of Zerorez to use on all surfaces and I am so glad I did. It works on everything, stainless steel, glass, wood, mirrors, tile. I love it! Thank you!

The two people that came out yesterday, were the best workers I've ever had with any company, they were very professional, friendly, explained everything your company does, we even bought the water cleaner, They need to be told what a great impression they left.
Service was good; carpet looks wonderful.
The technicians, Albert and Mike, were very professional and honest about what the results would be of the cleaning. There wasn't any chemical smell in the house after the cleaning.
Efficient, quick, clean and professional technician (Todd).
Efficient, clean, careful - good to excellent job always - affordable
Our carpet contained unknown stains and was matted in traffic areas from wheelchair use. Before Zerorez cleaned our four rooms of carpet, we were considering replacing the carpet. After the carpet was cleaned, our nine-year old carpet truly looks like it was just installed! There is a big difference between a previous carpet cleaning job and Zerorez! Our neighbor referred Zerorez to us and we highly recommend Zerorez for all your carpet cleaning needs.
