the rate that I was quoted did not include the "minimum fee." I was happy that they honored the quote they gave me but it would have been better to have the right information.

It cleaned the carpets better than expected.
On time and very professional. Product truly works as advertised. However, after the carpet dried, you can see right were the passes were made in the carpet because there was dirt that wasn't sucked up it was pushed out the sides. It looks like dark stripes evenly spaced. Maybe a second pass was needed because of the volume of dirt?
I really like the clean solution that is used so no chemicals are left behind. Dylan was my service tech and he did a great job. He was very informative and explained every step of the process. Keep up the good work.
