Your technician was very thorough. He worked hard and was more concerned about doing an excellent job than about how much time he was spending on the project. When only one person arrived to do my work I was concerned about the likelihood of a good outcome but as I watched the work being done I quickly realized your employee was very capable. The tech was finished there was no chemical smell and the carpet dried faster it looks great and I'm very happy with the service.
