The customer service was great and the value for what you pay is awesome. We had really dirty carpets in our new home and the treatment really helped get a lot of dirt and pet hair out and made the carpets look a lot better. We were very pleased with the service.

Great service and good follow up if there are any issues. I will always use Zerorez for all the carpet cleaning. I haven’t used their other services but am considering the duct cleaning which they also offer.
Sorry I don't remember the name of the man who cleaned our carpets, but, he was very kind, answered questions readily, did a great job of cleaning our carpet and was careful when working around our furniture.
I had both vents and carpet cleaning performed on my house and I was very satisfied with both. Both gentlemen were professional and did their jobs very well. I will definitely call for service again!
