The 2 service techs who completed the cleaning were courteous and professional . I would like to mention each by name Raphael Leslie & Art Berry . They arrived ahead of the time designated which was a nice surprise . The techs arriving early enabled me to get other things done & complete the job quicker than anticipated . Malek did an excellent cleaning. Explained every detail of service. Answered all our questions. Completed the service efficiently.

We will use Zerorez again for additional rooms in our home, and will request Malek if he is available. Very pleased with your service and the training of your staff.

We were very impressed by the professionalism of our customer technician as well as the quality of work completed. We had many stains in our carpet from our children and our service tech was able to remove all of them. Would highly recommend to others and will be using Zerorez again in our future.

Dash cleaned our lower level carpets.
Anthony cleaned our ducts. Both did an excellent job. They explained everything and are so knowledgeable. Will definitely use ZeroRez in the future and recommend them. The whole process from making the initial appts to completion was great.
