I was not happy last year when the fellow had an apprentice with him. The young guy worked very hard but I think he felt he was under time constraints so his work was fast and incomplete. The first year and this year the guys were efficient but also careful and did a complete job so I will definitely have you back next year. And if I can ever get the basement manageable I'll have you out for a basement carpet job as well.

First name removed our technician was great. He wasn't sure if our furniture could be cleaned since it wasn't marked as to the material but he tested a small area in an unseen area and then was able to clean the whole thing once he realized it would work.

The gentleman who came was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He did an excellent job. My carpet smelled so free and was very clean. The area has high traffic and I wasn't sure if would get out the stain but he did.

I had one small stain (dog vomited) and I was amazed at the cost of treating that spot. I think that when someone is spending over $400 to get carpets clean, something like that could be gratis.

The staff is always very friendly and respectful. They educated me on the additional services offered and didn't seem pushy. Love the product. Duct cleaning compared to other companies. The dirt and dust is removed instead of moving it around with a brush and leaving it. Carpet cleaning without harsh Chemicals got up every stain left by my pets and kids. Carpet dried fast. This is my second time using the company and I will continue in the future. Thank you!
