We had heard about Zerorez through a variety of sources. Zerorez not only met our expectations, but exceeded them.
Luke was thorough in both his explanation & cleaning. The area rugs & carpets look amazing! He was friendly & very efficient. We will definitely schedule with Zerorez again, highly recommend!

The technicians that did my air duct cleaning were very professional, kind, and respectful in my home. I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were, but the before and after pictures showed me that they also did an incredible job. One of the technicians explained the billing adjustments and how rates worked, and I really appreciated their thoroughness. I will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future!

Roosevelt was awesome! Very good customer service and very informative on the services and additional products offered. Hope he gets this note as he was fantastic and made our first experience with Zerorez an amazing one, we would ask for him by name for our next service.

She is a strong example of what good customer services looks like and a great representative for the Zerorez brand. Great experience. Also liked your contactless payment process - very slick.
