Our cleaning technician Derek was a gem to work with! He pointed out spots that we had not noticed and was able to get them clean. He was made sure that the cleaning solution stayed off our adjoining hard wood floors. We also had a couple of area rugs to be cleaned and he discussed with us the best ways to clean them. Very considerate. The carpets look and feel wonderful and no chemical smells. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company we trust.

The guy who came to clean my rugs was very friendly, on time and polite. He made sure I was happy with the job he did. He also got out a stain on the carpet that another cleaning company failed to remove.

I had two appointments, one to clean my ductwork and the other to clean my carpet.

Both technicians called 30 minutes prior to their arrival and were professional and friendly upon arrival and during the appointments.

This may sound odd, but the best experience of the day was that the carpet guy fell down my stairs... he wasn't hurt thankfully but he did inform me promptly what had happened and that he'd scuffed up the walls a little. I'm impressed because he could easily have not said a word and left me with damaged walls. Thank you for your professionalism guys, much appreciated!

The cleaning representative was highly professional and sociable. The carpets also came out quite nicely!

I had 2 cloth-covered chairs cleaned and scotch-guarded. They are about 5 years old and they look like new! To be fair, they're hardly used but I'm sure there was 5 years' worth of dust on them :)

I also had 12 wool-covered steps done and they also look like new. I'd had an accident with a fresh cup of hot coffee. The handle broke off in my hand and the cup went flying. Horrible.
Anyway, the technician was able to get nearly 100% of the coffee out. There's a slight shadow of where the coffee was but it's barely noticeable.

I'd use you again.

P.S.: I found out that the person who helped me pick out the carpet is also a Zerorez customer, so I know I called the right people! Thanks again.
