Courteous, diligent, helpful. Technicians are honest about limitations, but will work very hard to resolve any issues. They are also up front about any charges, and will not try to sell you something if they don't think it's necessary.

The process cleans the carpeting without excessive use of cleaners/chemicals. The scent that was present while the cleaning was in process was slight and fresh and clean. Drying time was minimal. Also cleaning time was minimal (i.e. the whole job was completed in about 2.5-3 hours)
