The service was prompt and thorough. There were a couple of pretty bad stains; one just from in front of a sofa where was used a lot; one where something had spilled (?). While they were reduced quite a bit, were not able to eliminate completely. Knowing how bad/difficult they were, the improvement is good.

The technician that cleaned the carpets --- I believe his name was Kieren (sp?) --- was so friendly and kind. He explained what he was going to do, made suggestions, showed areas that needed a little extra care, etc. I would recommend services and am thankful to Kieren for his great customer service.
