As always, your team does a great job. James was terrific and did quality work and was able to answer questions and was very courteous. My only request would be to address the 3 hour window, which is a drag. It seems like you should be able to give people a better sense of timing by the night prior. Fortunately, James was here right at 8am.

The team who came to clean my ducts were on time, professional, friendly, and easy to work with (I have 2 dogs who aren't always friendly with strangers). I will use this company again! My house was starting to smell like dogs, and now it's pleasant to walk in the door again!
