Right off the start, Alan asked me to show him the areas that were going to be cleaned. He asked me to point out problem areas I was aware of and he explained what he could do to resolve them. He recalculated the amount and got permission to start. He worked quickly and asked me to check to see if there were areas that needed retouching (there weren't). The finished job made a huge difference...I just wish I had done it long ago. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was above average from setting up the appointment to making the payment upon completion. The Zerorez business card will go into my folder for the new owner.

Zerorez was recommended by my daughter ... my carpet had never been cleaned and was at least 25 years in use ... the hallway was extremely dirty and dark ... the tech suggested cleaning just a small area in the worst part of the hallway to see if it could be cleaned ... it looked good and I said "Let's go" He managed to get everything absolutely clean and back to normal color, even the hallway ... and to top it off, the tech took a quick look at a massage chair that had quit working in my TV room and tried to fix it for me ...
What is great about the actual service, is that it doesn't include chemicals ... just super heated water, and I could be in the room immediately after the cleaning ... just had to let the carpet dry!!!
