Our tech, Mark, did an excellent job. He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. He left us videos to show what was done. He was very personable, courteous and left the areas clean and undisturbed.

from office and someone was out to fix immediately. Kris (or Chris) was great. Then sent pictures to office of spots on driveway from truck. Tobias tried over weekend to fix spots. NO LUCK. If Tobias can’t find way to get rid of spots, I will be MOST DISAPPOINTED IN ZEROREZ!

The service was prompt and thorough. There were a couple of pretty bad stains; one just from in front of a sofa where was used a lot; one where something had spilled (?). While they were reduced quite a bit, were not able to eliminate completely. Knowing how bad/difficult they were, the improvement is good.

This is our first time using ZeroRez. My husband wanted to try it since he heard so much about it on TV. Setting up the appointment was easy and friendly. Brandon (I think that was his name) was on time, took a look around, explained the process, did a great job. It had been quite sometime since we had our carpets done so we weren't expecting miracles, but a great job was done. Price is right too!
