What do you like about our products and services?

Keith was a good service tech and thoroughly explained the process and the possible results.

The carpet is cleaner now than when he arrived but still has some spots that don't look great, which i attribute to the age of the carpet.

We would hire Zerorez again.

Dylan, the Zerorez employee was pleasant. More importantly he was very attentive to my 'special spots' I showed him that needed treatment. He was thorough and seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job. After reviewing the area, he showed me what I could expect in charges, asking for my approval to proceed.
