Technician was very knowledgeable and worked very hard. I felt all the cleaning agent was removed from the floor. One carpet was extremely dirty. it looks like brand new now. This is our third or fourth time with Zerorez and they keep getting better.

After I called and had them make me an appt for Sept 19, I got an email but didn't read it. I was supposed to get a call two days prior to say arrival time, as they were fitting me in. I didn't get a call. So I called them but it was after hours and they were closed/it was a Sunday the next day (the day before my appt was supposed to be).
Then rechecked my email and it says Oct 19! A month later! I was so upset and worried that we wouldn't get it when I needed it. So I emailed and left a voice message saying I needed it that day, that we picked up all the furniture and cleaned and vacuumed and that was the day we had off work we needed it that day. Thought for sure they couldn't fit me in the same day they got the message. Well Monday morning, Sept 19, at 730 I wake up to call them, first check my emails and got an email saying they're coming today! Sept 19. So I call them and they say yes there coming 8-11am! And the technician called ten minutes later and was on the way! So not only did they fit us in, they prioritized us to go first! So very pleased. Thank you thank you. Also your 20% off coupon online really helped too as we need all the help we can get.
