Excellent experience and service! We specifically wanted to use ZeroRez to help with our dog's new allergy (we suspected it was because of carpet cleaning agents the previous homeowners used before they moved out) and they delivered! Our dog hasn't been this happy or playful since we moved in. Also, our carpets look amazing! I thought our carpet in our lower level living room was a beige/ivory color - turns out, it's white! Andre was great - he was respectful, careful and was able to take care of 2 large rugs (at an additional charge, of course) that we asked him to treat. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and we will refer ZeroRez to everyone and anyone. Excellent work - thank you so much!
