I really do love the service and how my carpets come out! What I most like about it is your technicians - ours this time was particularly outstanding. Attention to detail and informative. The one thing that does bother me is the cost of the pet stain pre-treatment. At $75/room I feel that that price is exorbitant - and really dries up the cost of the cleaning. I understand it's an added step but it's literally spraying the treatment liquid onto the carpet. That's my feedback. Thank you.
