The two men were polite and knowledgeable. They did the job in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, they were unable to remove the dog pee stains completely. This probably is a hard thing to accomplish so I don't blame you guys.

Had my livingroom carpets and stairs cleaned. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything that he was going to do. He called before hand to see if he could arrive earlier than our scheduled time. The process was quick and painless. I will be using Zerorez again and telling everyone

Christopher Weber came to my house and did a really good job of looking at all of my carpet and explaining all of the options to me. He recommended the best option and gave me a realistic view of the likely outcome. He was very knowledgeable about the process. I could tell he spent a lot of extra time really working on some of the worst stains and the harder to reach stains. I always felt like I knew what to expect with the cost and the results and I am very happy with the outcome. I will definitely ask for Christopher next time.
