Service/technicians are always great

Your employee was very polite and efficient. He asked me several times if I wanted him to go over any of the areas again.

Richard examined the spots that remained. He explained that he could try a spray bottle treatment and see if it would work. If it did not, there was a more powerful treatment that he could do. We agreed to try the first treatment and he successfully removed the stains to our satisfaction. He made sure we were happy with the result and told us to call if there were any other issues. He added that we should keep our dog off the carpet for 48 hours. He was courteous and professional.

The product cleaned our WHITE carpet very well. Also did a good job on the tile grout. I like that it leaves no residue, and that the product is plant based. The Technician Isaiah did a fabulous job and explained things along the way. We paid a bit more for enhanced pet stain removal and it was well worth the price. I am amazed what it got out! He worked hard and efficiently. Very Kind young man.

They do a good cleaning job. This time they did not help with much furniture moving which was different than in the past.

We had carpets and stairs cleaned . Scheduling was easy and I appreciate that the price estimate was very accurate.
Ernesto was our technician , he was prompt and called prior to arrival. He was very professional and friendly. He worked very hard and took care to work on any trouble areas. Upon completion he made sure I was satisfied with the carpets. I had questions about future cleaning of area rugs and furniture and Ernesto answered all my questions.
