I’ve had Zerorez for cleaning carpets several times. Recently they also cleaned my home’s air ducts. The techs are always professional, considerate of surroundings and answer all of my concerns and questions. They never try to pressure you into upgrading any of their services. What I like most about Zerorez is the fact they use their own specially treated water. You will never be asked by them to use your water from your laundry room or outdoor spigot.

I like with the carpet cleaning that there isn’t any chemicals and no crusty carpet after. This was the first time that Zerorez has done duct cleaning. I didn’t know how it worked so I had lots of questions. The tech was VERY nice and took the time to answer all of them… and my duct are clean! 😊

I have used Zerorez previously, and been happy with the results. My last visit left me disappointed, but it was fixed today, no charge. I have been satisfied with their service, and after todays fix, totally happy with the results. My technician was wonderful - he fixed my issue and was so friendly and efficient. Devan and Andrew were a pleasure to work with and have in my home. They worked quickly and explained everything. Showed me pictures of my vents along with taking precautions not to damage anything in my home. They make a great team! Although the air duct cleaning was more than my estimate and very expensive, I am glad I had it done.
