The service was great from the time I called to schedule to the timely arrival of our service rep! Patrick was great - he provided a great assessment of the areas to clean, advice for future cleanings and overall did a really thorough job. We went with zerorez because my son has allergies and asthma, we wanted no chemicals that would further aggravate his medical issues; zerorez did the job. Our couches in particular have never looked better! I will be recommending Zerorez to friends/family and will be a repeat customer. Thanks!

Very professional. The Zerorez representative was on time. We did a walk-thru. we discussed some specific areas, he cleaned the carpets and then he described what he did. He also told us how long to let the carpet dry before replacing the furniture and other helpful bits of information. The process did not leave a chemical or shampoo smell in our house and, except for brighter, cleaner carpets, you wouldn't know Zerorez had been in our home. I highly recommend the company.
