Client Testimonials
The carpets look beautiful! There were 3 minor stains that are no longer there. Our family room, carpet that hadn't been cleaned in years, look brand new!
They really work! Employees are great!
The process (I like your unique cleaning process), the price (I thought it was fair), and the people (Bob was very personable and did a great job).
The room looks great. The servicemen were polite and professional. Everything was done quickly and painlessly.

Customer Service and cleanliness of carpets and the process you use to clean the carpets
Service was outstanding and informative...we will recommend to friends.
It got rid of the pet urine. The technician was very friendly and hard working.
Rob was very courteous, efficient and informed us what he was going to do before he started. He asked for suggestions as to where to begin and how to proceed as our house is a bit complicated. He asked if any rooms needed to be first for any reason and then proceeded as we had suggested. The carpets all look great and the pile has come up just like new.
Zerorez provides service on the weekend. The technician was very informative and willing to go through the process thoroughly.
The two guys from Zerorez did an awesome job on my carpet, not only very clean but soft like new carpet. I was very empressed. Thanks guys you were great!!!!!! Also thanks to John Hines on WCCO radio for the recommending Zerorez!!!!!
My 10 year old carpeting looks brand new, even in the high traffic areas. I can't believe what a difference it has made. I've only ever had steam cleaning done before but this far surpasses that.
Pet odor removal
The guys who came were very friendly and polite. They explained what they were going to do and gave me an opportunity to point out any problem stains that I wanted them to concentrate on. they also gave me a free demo of grout cleaning, which I will probably schedule in the future. The prices were very reasonable as well. They were on time and the cleaning service went quickly.
I like that there are no harsh chemicals. I also appreciated the updates as to when the person doing the service would be at our home.
Extremely pleasant technician. Outcome of carpets fantastic.
Hoe incedibly clean my carpet looks afterwards & I don't have a back ache from trying to clean my carpet myself!
My carpets look wonderful - hope it stays this way. I wasn't advised there was an environmental fee plus the original quote (I expect taxes in addition).
Safe and smells good
Our rugs and furniture are very clean after Zerorez is done. They did an amazing job of removing difficult stains.
Your Service Technician was phenomenal!!! Your citrus pretreatment formula smelled pleasent.
The tech person, time spent, best results. Spots returned when carpets were cleaned twice this summer. Results are still great. Thanks
Friendly, efficient workers. Excellent cleaning of our carpet which was spotted with stains.
Professionalism, and thorough job and great results
No soap residue or smells of fragrance afterward. My son and I have asthma and fragrance is definitely bad for our breathing. Also, both of your employees were polite, courteous, and respectful of our home. Very happy with the results!
The gentleman who was cleaning my carpet called me up before I was at the house and told me that he doesn't think the carpet was worth cleaning because it was shot. I told him he has to clean it because I have kids and dogs and they will tear it apart. He cleaned and sanitized the carpet and needless to say you will be back to clean my carpets again as needed of course. Thank you so much for saving me some serious money!
