We were so surprised at the beautiful outcome of our Zerorez experience. We were on the brink of spending 5ooo.oo on all new carpet and decided to try Zerorez. It looks like we got our new carpet. All the really bad stains and traffic areas cleaned up so well, even Nick, our technition was excited about it. I was impressed with Nick's diligence and hard work. He explained in detail all that we should and should not expect. He worked hard and fast to complete a very difficult job.

I just felt the carpet was very clean when the tech was finished. I will tell the people I refer that it is more expensive that what I was quoted so be careful of that.

The process was odorless, quiet, and the carpet looks great. My carpet is old and has been given new life. Your service person was very nice, friendly and informative and, while he did suggest products, never forced purchase and there was also no "extras" like protection at additional cost, etc. Very satisfied.

Carpets look and smell fresh. They aren't wet for days after cleaning.

Apart from the service alone, it is very important to have good customer service. I was very happy with Alex. He was friendly and informative. To be honest, the only reason I decided to have the service done was the discount. Funds are not the best right now for me.The only negative aspect was having the noisy truck parked outside my window all day,lol. I have and will refer your company to many.

I like that you use natural products.

When I heard about Zerorez (on KS95), I really liked the idea that you were a chemical free company. We try to be as natural as possible in our household. The testimonies I heard on the radio intrigued me. Then Jake, our 14 year old black lab, had a MAJOR accident on our carpet. I called Zerorez and spoke to a wonderful person named "Jimmy". I explained my "crisis" and he was able to re-arrange the schedule so that you were able to stop out within 3 days (we live in Cold Spring!). I was so excited! : ) Eventhough I had multiple options closer to home, I wanted to give Zerorez a try because I really liked the chemical free idea. The service technician, Matt, stopped out and was very friendly and informative. He explained the various procedures he would try, gave us pricing, etc. We are thrilled with the way our carpet turned out. We feel like they are almost brand new again (but without the obnoxious brand new smell!). We hadn't had our carpets cleaned since we installed them - about 6 or so years ago and had multiple stains all over along with various pet stains from our new little Yorkie puppy. Matt was able to remove the majority of stains. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be recommending Zerorez to anyone who is in need of having their carpets cleaned.
