They guys were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the products. I liked the way they explained how they would attempt to remove stains and what they would use to clean my carpets. They did an AWESOME job! Some of the toughest pet stains came out! My house smells GREAT...CLEAN...and FRESH once again!

Dave was terrific! He explained everything very thoroughly and went over pricing and procedures. The carpet looks great! The only complaint I have is that the carpet seemed too wet, and I probably should have requested the quick dry option.

The senior technician got out multiple stains in my carpet that I thought would never come out. I thought that I would have to replace the carpet, but now it looks brand new. He also got some very old tile in my house to look fresh and clean again. I also like that you don't use harsh and smelly chemicals in your cleaning process. Very rarely does a company exceed my high expectations, but Zerorez did.

Zerorez doesn't leave the residue that seems to attract dirt after it is cleaned. Most carpet cleaner we have used in the past seem to leave residue.
