Robert cleaned our carpets last week and he went way above and beyond in my daughter's room. There were high traffic stains and something bright pink and he got all of it out! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, flexible...just a really great guy! I will recommend zerorez to all my friends! Fast application and a good value; we had a minimal staircase that would normally be a full room but he added an extra traffic area for us.
I wasn't eager about dealing with carpet cleaners.....other experiences have not been the best. But ZEROREZ did a very professional job. I am very pleased with the outcome....my carpets are nice and clean.
They were able to remove tough red wine stains and the carpet were completely dry in just 6 hours!

The technician was very thorough and professional. The work was done well and efficiently. I have long believed that soap residue actually attracts dirt to carpeting. I was pleased to find an alternative, and eager to see how it "holds up" to other cleanings in the coming months.
