The Associate did an awesome job cleaning my carpet. I just moved into a home and there were deep stains and he worked really hard to clean the various areas. They also cleaning other items such as rugs upon request, which eas very helpful. I would recommend ZeroRez to others and cannot wait to have them back for my next cleaning.

It was very easy to call and schedule. Appt was confirmed multiple times by vendor. I received a call prior to arrival. Your service person was prompt, careful and polite. He answered all of our questions and did a great job. We were never marketed to or encouraged to purchase additional products or services. We are very happy with the service provided.
