I did not know in advance what the pricing would be on the tile floor, but was very pleased with the outcome of our tile floors, however I felt you were very over priced and probably would not have them done again. For being very old carpet, you did a wonderful job and I would definately have you clean the carpets again.

I was really excited to try Zerorez because I had been referred from a few friends. I put them to the challenge to show up within my timeframe so that I could leave town immediately following my carpet cleaning. They were able to accomidate and were in and out faster than expected. The carpets look great, they were very professional and took great care with their equipment.

YOUR COMPANY WILL BRING IN A LARGE FAN TO HELP WITH THE DRYING BUT EVEN WITHOUT THE FAN YOU DO A GREAT JOB OF SUCTIONING UP THE MOISTURE. HAVE HAD ZEROREZ BEFORE & HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED.
