Carpets are much cleaner and brighter looking, even after not having them professionally cleaned for many years. However, that being said, the edge of the carpet that buts up to a non-carpeted area looks dingy and grey. The carpeting did not get cleaned down to the base of the carpet. You are really able to get carpets clean!

I took one point off because the one thing that turned me off was the when the person who came to clean my carpet tried to push cleaning other rooms or carpets. If I had wanted other rooms cleaned I would have indicated that when I made my initial appt. It made me somewhat uncomfortable.

Carpets cleaned - I used my new vacuum cleaner on them last night, and the indicator light showing that I was picking up dirt never came on! Loved the resulting odor, as orange is one of my favorites. Jose was very helpful, with lots of tips for us as well as a wonderful attitude. Thanks for a great job!
