I moved into my new apartment and had no idea what was living in the carpet. The previous owners had teenagers and cats and the mysterious stains on the carpet left me a little nervous. Tony from zerorez came out, 15 minutes earlier than the proposed time, and within 2 hours had my carpet disinfected and clean. The first thing my fiancé and I did was get on our hands and knees and smell the carpet lol, it was great :) At first, we were going to just rent a steam cleaner, but we decided we needed the professionals when our apartment was vandalized and cigarettes were put out on our carpet. After zerorez came in, it was like nothing had ever happened. I would definitely recommend zerorez to friends or family because they are quick, efficient, affordable and everybody I spoke to was very friendly.

I have used another company (Coit) a couple of times and the service was good, nice service tech's and carpets looked cleaner but not "refreshed". So I thought I would give Zerorez a try and I am very happy with the results. In my opinion the high pressure vacuum was the key to it. It really pulled the low pile carpet up and looks more "perky".
Tyler was very informative, efficient & certainly an asset to your corporation. I will continue with Zerorez for future carpet cleaning services.

Carpet looks and smells good
My carpet gets so clean and the whole house smells fresh! That's not easy with 2 old pets in the house! I really wish you could give a better sale once in awhile. It's hard to spend $300. for just a living room and hallway and just traffic areas in 2 small rooms. I live in a 3 BR rambler so it's not big. I already gave a review on facebook so you don't have to post this publicly.
