Owen was AWESOME!
The carpet in our newly purchased house was very, very dirty with a couple of bad stains.
Owen took the time to explain how Zerorez works and what I could expect after he was finished.
I am super happy to report that my carpets are beautiful! And both of those awful stains are gone!

Expectations for old carpet were minimal. Service Tech Jason was friendly, knew his 'stuff', and offered comments, suggestions, etc., but not too pushy. Great results!

The service agent that came out was very thorough in explaining his whole process of what's happening as he goes along. Not just that, he was very friendly and courteous. I definitely would recommend Zerorez to anybody that needs their carpets cleaned.

Techs were very friendly and respectful of our house. Made sure they explained each step they were doing. And did a great job too!
