Derek - your tech - was incredible! He had real people skills and did a great job on the cleaning and it was a tough carpet to clean! He made gave us choices without doing a sales pitch -and was helpful and honest about those options. His recommendation was RIGHT ON! He was also cognizant of the fact that we - like most folks - aren't rich and tried to give us the best service for the money. We couldn't believe he got the terrible stains and odor from the carpet from dog vomit and other animal problems out. It was a near miracle! The only minor inconvenience (we call it minor because the service when it happened was outstanding - it would have been more irritating if the service wasn't exceptional) was that we waited and waited and the service started just outside the window. We felt that we could have been better informed about the cleaning delayed to around 6 pm sooner so that would have freed us up to be away from the house for a short time to run errands etc... We can't say enough about the cleaning your company does and your great tech Derek! As a result we are getting our ducts cleaned by Zerorez also.

Simply that the stains are gone, the furniture was taken care of well, and the house smells so good. We are a group home and we steadily have 10 people traipsing in and out all day. We don't take care of our carpets very well, after having the cleaning done you wouldn't know.

Carpet is a berber that is about 13 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. It was very dirty with traffic patterns visible. Zerorez made it look new again. Very impressive.
