I think his name was Jose, was his name. He wasnt pushy and suggested some things we might like. He did an excellent job. and the carpet Looks like new!!

ZeroRez process really cleans beautifully and leaves a fragrant, clean smell. Our tech guy, Irvin, was very friendly, helpful and professional. He did a great job!
