I love working with Zerorez. I have had them clean my carpets many times and have been happy with the results. This time I had a large area rug cleaned and am again happy with the results. The pick up and delivery guys were friendly and professional. And it was delivered early and that made me happy. I had the rug treated with a stain retardant and there is no smell or different texture on the rug. I couldn't be more pleased.

Free refills on products. The carpet is clean and the waste water is disposed of environmentally correct. The carpet also dried very quickly. The technician [Gregg] was very pleasant and accommodating. He did a very nice job.
