Great customer service both during the cleaning and after when I had a billing issue. That said, I emailed about the billing issue and got no response so that part of your customer service doesn't seem to be working at all. I had to call before I got someone to help me but then they were very good about helping.

Our carpet came out very clean and our cleaner was very professional and thorough! He did not rush the job and we appreciate the effort he put into getting our cArpet extra. Clean. We were told in advance when the cleaning would take place and we were reminded in advance numerous times.

They were very prompt and through explaining the process of what they were going to do and letting us know up front that one of our stains may not come out because we had already treated with something that actually set the stain. The rest of the cleaning turned out great. We also watched a short video of the duct cleaning, which was very impressive. I referred them to my sister who was in a desperate situation, and needed help ASAP. And they were able to solve her problem.

Casey was very friendly! He arrived within the 3 hour window. And he was very concerned about protecting the woodwork of the house and keeping out the cold air by putting up a protective temporary door. He worked really hard to get out all the stains and even said if any of the stains seeped up to call and he would come out and redo the area. We are very happy with Zerorez!!!
