The tech was very friendly and informative. I like that you have solutions for pet accidents. When the tech left it smelled so good and fresh. After a day when dried I smelled no odors from our pets and the carpet looked brand new!!Thank you! Worth every penny.

Zerorez did a very good job and their associate was professional. We had a few stubborn stains and the Zerorez agent took great pride at getting the stains out.

He presented himself and your company zerorez very well. Next time I need my carpet I will want that same gentlemen back. My carpet looked like day 1 after he cleaned it. I had your co clean it before but it never looked that good. Make sure you thank him for me again he did such an awesome job!
