Professional staff. Stephanie was prompt, efficient and kind. She paid attention to the spots that needed special attention and removed most. (only a couple "reappeared") Honestly, I never thought our ten year old carpet could look this good! I will call again to have the other floors in our house cleaned this summer. In addition, her attention to detail was impressive, the corner guards and the dryers to expedite drying time were appreciated...I've had at least 5 other cleaning companies and and none have provided this. I also appreciate the generous donation to the DCTC Gala this month!

The two technicians were quite wonderful. The carpets look amazing. The last time I had Zerorez out, I admit, I was underwhelmed and honestly, a bit disappointed. These two were fantastic and made my carpets look new. They were professional, courteous and you could tell took pride in their work! They restored my faith in your services and were highly entertaining as well. :-)
