I received two of these feedback requests, (I think) because I had the carpet cleaned and the ducts cleaned. Already commented on the carpet cleaning. I cannot personally say too much about the duct cleaning, as I was not present. However, my husband was and he said the gentleman was very professional and also found a vent or two we had not seen and removed the grates on. Thank you so much. I arrived after the fact, and did look down the "holes" of the vents and they were debris free! Thanks too for the free furnace cleaning. We just bought this house and were not sure how long, if ever the furnace and/or vents had been cleaned.
Both my husband and myself "love" the way the carpet feels after you have cleaned it and it has dried. You can tell, there just isn't any sticky soap or cleaning product left in the nap. Plus it just smells clean - no cheap perfume added to try and make it smell clean! We have recommended you to EVERYONE who asks us about carpet cleaning. The thing is, I HATE carpeting! I think it's dirty and hard to keep clean, but some rooms just need to have it, and with this new home. we are stuck with the carpet until we can replace the flooring!
Our carpet is old & has been abused by years of everyday life. Odessa (I think that was her name) was professional, friendly, & went the extra mile to bring life back into our carpeting. I am quite pleased with the results - better than I had hoped for. :)
