Each service provider did a good job explaing my options and how the job would be completed. They were very efficient and cleaned up any mess they created.

Gets old carpets another lease on life. Also the cleaning of upholstery was a wonderful find, love that these are so much cleaner after your team is done with it.

I have been using Zerorez for many many years. I’m always very happy with the way. Our carpet looks after it’s been cleaned, and if there were issues, it was corrected immediately I even had to have to come back because of the bedrooms, which she did an amazing job at.

The only thing I did not appreciate was the surprise I got when I went to pay and it asked for a tip. I felt really put on the spot to give one. I guess I didn't realize that tipping was part of the package. It would have been nice to know before hand.
