Zerorez' employees are always professional and efficient when they're called out. I've not had a visit that left residue or anything on the carpet I got cleaned, leaving only a bit of damp and the mild smell of the soap.

We greatly appreciated the company's willingness to adjust the arrival time to give us time to attend a funeral. Jack, the technician, did a great job cleaning carpets that were extra dirty because of moving and house cleanout. Because we were not there when he finished, he took the time to text photos of each area. Not only was he proficient, but also thoughtful and helpful. His professionalism made a difficult time easier.

Great job, initially, had an issue, Zerorez came back and fixed my carpet. Really like this company and their technicians. I will use them again.

So far, I am very pleased with how much better my carpet looks. It’s still drying, so I’m not sure if old stuff will reappear, but I really like that that is planned in as a low cost option for me if it does.
