Because the team was running late and didn't arrive until 7, they sent THREE teams to my house! The job was completed in only 90 minutes and done very thoroughly. It was disappointing to have them so late and have no notice (I wouldn't have had to leave work early had I known they would be 3 hours later than the possible start time), but they made up for it.
