Our technician did an excellent job. We had used Zerorez once before and were not very impressed and the carpeting did not look much improved. Neil Jeter (the technician) did the cleaning with great energy and really put effort into the job and the carpeting looks great. I requested some of his business cards and are giving them to my friends and relatives. I think Zerorez will be getting more business based on the great job he did for us.

Very professional work. They were very good about coming out to assess the carpets at my business, and giving me an honest estimate. Scheduling was easy and timely. They cleaning took out about 3 years worth of grime and dirt, especially in my high-traffic areas. Very pleased.
