Kyle was awesome and did a great job. Our carpet looks and smells great. There was one stain that could not be removed and we ended up spending way more than expected because of the pet stains. Other than that the service was great and we are happy with the result.

Professional, efficient, good customer service.

Actually, the very best aspect of the service was the technician, Alex Becker. In my 56 years of life I have hired many services and have learned that no matter how good the product or service is if the person providing the service is sub par it is a horrible experience. On the other side a representative can take a good product or service and bring it to a new level and Alex is one of the best I have seen. You can and should be very proud to have a young man of his calaber as part of you organization!!
I will without a doubt use Zerorez again and hope that Alex will be available.

Cannot say enough about the wonderful service we received.
Very informative, everything was explained to us with courtesy. The speed drying was so important to us as it is winter in MN and of course we had to be inside while carpets dried.
The workers were kind and efficient.
We will recommend them to all our neighbors in this Senior community. Also the promise of returning if we were not satisfied was wonderful. Best carpet service we have ever had.

Technicians were very personable and thorough. Love that there are not any chemicals used, and that chemicals used previously were pulled out along with the dirt. The carpets look great and I feel safe having my kids play or lay on them. Also cleaned our tile and grout and sealed it for us. It looks so much better.

Derek is what i like. The service guys i have never met, but they do a good job. and the once they didn't, they came right back. But derek is all over getting in here when i ask and has jumped through hoops at times. Derek is great. i have already recommended you guys to multiple people.

Service tech did an amazing job. She explained the whole process. She was very professional, courteous. When she was done she asked to look it over and asked if I had any questions and how the carpet looked. Service exceeded my expectations and this is the only company I will be usin from now on.
