I liked that it’s all natural products the only problem was I paid for extra services=120$ in two of my rooms for the urine stains to be eliminated but they weren’t at all.
This is my first time using Zerorez and I'm at awe of how clean my carpet looks! Zerorez's rep, Jeff was super nice, soft spoken and explained the whole process to me before he began cleaning. He did wonders! The carpet looks almost brand new again. Thank you Mr. Jeff!!

The technicians arrived right on-time, and they were very knowledgeable and courteous. The carpet feels so clean, and the fiber protectant gives us peace of mind that our carpet will be protected for years to come. The overall process was easy, and the carpet was completely dry in only 8 hours! Zerorez is highly recommended!
