The scheduling however would have me consider using someone else. A 3 hour window of arrival is excessive and not something I personally can afford to accommodate.
The person who did the service worked really hard and did a nice job. We have a pet and he got the carpet to clean up really well.

The technician, Ryan Wicks, was professional, very nice & polite, and extremely thorough. He explained all of my options & their prices; made sure I understood that Zerorez would like the opportunity to correct an issue should I not be satisfied; & he didn’t try to be pushy by overselling any products or services. He gets an A+ from me!
I especially like Zerorez because although my 26-yr-old carpet can never look like new again (because of its age), I’m constantly amazed that their technicians & products always seem to freshen up the carpet & make it look relatively “newer.” And the carpet always smells so good when they’re done!
Heilen was wonderful. She listened carefully what I had to say. In the begining explained to me the product used for cleaning, the equipment, and the process of cleaning. She answered my questions. At the end she showed me what she had done.I was very satisfied.
Very prompt, good communication, very professional, but most important they got our very dirty carpet and upholstery very clean! Didn't take as long to dry as the tech said it might, which was nice.
